Terms of Service

By accessing and using the services provided by Namma Kudla Infrastructure ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Namma Kudla Infrastructure provides construction and civil services including but not limited to:

• Residential and commercial building construction
• Civil works, roads, drainage, and compound development
• Renovation, remodeling, and interior finishing
• Project management and turnkey execution
• Site surveys and construction consultation
• Coordination with architects, consultants, and vendors

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to our customers.

As a customer of Namma Kudla Infrastructure, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during service requests
• Maintain the security of your account and access credentials
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not interfere with or compromise safety systems or site access rules
• Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner
• Grant necessary access to your premises for installation and maintenance

All services are subject to our current pricing structure. Payment terms are as follows:

• Installation fees are due upon completion of work
• Running account and milestone payments as per your agreement
• Maintenance and repair services are billed upon completion
• Late payments may result in service suspension

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your data. Our privacy practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Data Collection: We may collect and process personal information necessary to provide our services, including contact details, installation addresses, and system access credentials.

Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Namma Kudla Infrastructure's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Materials & workmanship: Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable; workmanship is covered for the defect-liability period stated in your contract.

Support: Site queries and warranty items are handled during business hours unless otherwise agreed for critical occupancy issues.

Maintenance: Optional annual maintenance packages may be offered separately for specific systems or finishes.

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice as follows:

• 30 days written notice for monthly services
• 60 days written notice for annual contracts
• Immediate termination for breach of terms

Upon termination, you must return all leased equipment and pay any outstanding fees. We will provide assistance with equipment removal and system deactivation.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
